Smoked Salmon & Goat Cheese Quiche

A classic quiche made with spinach, mushrooms and Vita Original Hot Smoked Salmon. Perfect for a healthy, hearty breakfast.

 9 oz Vita Classic Nova Smoked Salmon
 1 Pie Crust, store bought or homemade
 1 ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
 3 Green Onions, Chopped
 8 Eggs
 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
 3 oz Goat Cheese
 1 ½ cups Evaporated Milk
 ½ tsp Freshly Gound Pepper
 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped

Line a 10-inch pie plate with the pie pastry and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until partially baked.


Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.


Layer with the salmon and green onions.


Beat the eggs, cream cheese and goat cheese in a mixer bowl until smooth. Add evaporated milk and pepper, beating well.


Pour over the layers. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and basil.


Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 15 minutes before serving
