A fresh and delicous meal rich with herring's omega-3 fatty acids.
Serves Up To: 4 Servings
Boil linguini in a pot of boiling water.
Drain jar of herring, and cut herring into 1" cubes.
Melt butter in a large saute pan over medium heat.
Cut tomatoes in half and add to pan with capers, garlic and herring.
Add wine and linguini to pan and cook until liquid is reduced.
Plate and garnish with parsley.
