Cliff Bolen
President & CEO
Cliff Bolen joined Vita Food Products in 2000 as vice president and chief financial officer when Vita was a publicly traded company. He took on the role of chief operating officer in 2005 and became Vita’s president and CEO in August of 2006. Mr. Bolen’s experience includes roles in executive management as CFO and Controller for manufacturing, food processing, real estate syndication and management, and wholesale distribution firms. In addition, Mr. Bolen received his CPA certification in 1987 and has a B.S. in Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. from The University of Chicago.
Bill Zaikos
Vice President Sales & Marketing
William Zaikos joined Vita Food Products in 2005 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to Vita Mr. Zaikos was with Kraft(R) Foods, Inc for more than 12 years. He left Kraft as Brand Manager – Easy Mac(R). Mr. Zaikos also worked on Miracle Whip(R) Dressing, Grey Poupon(R) Mustard and Tombstone(R) Frozen Pizza. In such capacities, he developed successful annual brand plans, managed over $100 million in sales with profit line responsibility, analyzed consumer trends, led successful new product launches and developed advertising, consumer promotions and trade programming. Mr. Zaikos received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1999.
